These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Robyn ("Robyn", "we", "us"). By creating an account, accepting an invite, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, your organization.
You must provide accurate information when registering or accepting an organization invite. Invitations are sent to a specific email address and may only be accepted by the owner of that inbox. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You retain ownership of the data you connect to or upload into the Service (warehouse schemas, knowledge base documents, chat history). You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Agent responses are generated using large language models grounded in your connected data and knowledge base. While we check answers against your real data where possible, AI-generated content may still be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for verifying important decisions before acting on them.
Paid plans, usage limits, and billing terms (if applicable to your organization) are governed by the order form or plan details presented to you at signup or upgrade.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account that violates these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robyn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
