Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 7, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Robyn ("Robyn", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our data intelligence platform, including our website, dashboard, and any connected agents (the "Service").

2. Information we collect

  • Account information: name, email address, and hashed password when you register, accept an invite, or are added to an organization.
  • Organization data: warehouse connection metadata, agent configuration, knowledge base documents, and chat/routine history you create in the Service.
  • Usage data: login events, audit logs, token/cost usage, and other diagnostic data needed to operate and secure the Service.
  • Communications: messages you send us (e.g. support requests, demo contact forms).

3. How we use information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and secure the Service, including authentication and organization-level data isolation.
  • Operate features you use directly, such as agent chat, scheduled Routines, and email delivery of invites and password resets.
  • Monitor and audit account activity for abuse prevention and security.
  • Respond to support requests and improve the Service.

4. Data warehouse access

When you connect a data warehouse, Robyn only accesses the schema and query results needed to answer the questions you ask your agents. Credentials you provide are stored encrypted and scoped to your organization; they are never shared across organizations.

5. Third-party processors

We rely on third-party infrastructure to operate the Service, including hosting providers, our database, and large language model (LLM) providers used to generate agent responses. These providers process data only as necessary to deliver the Service on our behalf.

6. Data retention

We retain account and organization data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact your organization administrator or reach out to us directly.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
